As expected, the album kicks off with a brief but epic orchestral intro, which very much feels like it would fit in perfectly as part of a film score, with epic choir vocals used to add extra flavor.
The album kicks of with the epic opener “Deus Lo Vult”. March-in. […] it evokes memories about old Rome and epic movies like The Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit. A very strong, opulent opener!
[…] the instrumental Deus Lo Vult is a stately orchestral piece that sets up an outstanding tone for what you can expect on the rest of the album. Skyrim and Game Of Thrones come to mind when this stunning piece plays.
The album is musically quite varied, from the aforementioned heavy sections to the stunning piano of ‘Kings Landing’, and from the Bethesda-game-worthy ‘Deus Lo Vult’ to the classic Symphonic Power Metal reminiscent of old-school SonataArctica in ‘United’.
Lionheart is captured in every tone and riff of this new power metal gem.
A Symphonic Metal master-piece!
The new album entitled MASTERS OF THE MULTIVERSE will feature 10 brand new Epic Glory Metal tracks, as well as a bonus track on the physical CD release, inspired by the universes of many different beloved pop culture phenomena, ranging from fantasy literature over computer and video games to Anime, movies and TV.
The band states: “This album is a tribute to the heroes of our childhood and teenage days who inspired and entertained us throughout the years, and we can’t wait to share these new songs with you. We would particularly like to thank the contributors to our crowdfunding campaign last year – it is in no small part thanks to you that this album is possible.”
Guest appearances on the album include Tommy Johansson from Sabaton and ReinXeed, Ross Thompson from Van Canto, Nora Bendzko from Nightmarcher and Avem as well as Lukas Knoebl from Illuminata, who has once again provided some amazing orchestration after completing his studies in film scoring at the University of Southern California in L.A.!

Colombian artist Fernando Botero is one of unmistakeable style – the round figures and smooth faces are unquestionably his. His paintings and sculptures have been shown around the world, and his works spark a response in critics and children alike. At the core of his art is an unwavering commitment to a set of ideals surrounding volume, sensuality, and art history. His style is his lens on the whole world – ballerinas, bullfighters, drug traffickers, bishops and prostitutes – nothing escapes Botero’s brush.
Botero, the film, explores this amazing journey with intimate interviews with the artist, his family, and leading figures in the art world. The film also includes first-hand encounters with Botero’s still wildly popular public exhibitions and never-before-seen glimpses into his personal archives, untouched for forty years. [source: Imdb]
